Accounts are created on the MADCINE+ website. In the app, you sign in with that same account.

An account can have up to 5 profiles. Each profile has its own Continue watching, its own list and its own language. The main profile is created with the account and cannot be deleted.

A profile marked as kids only shows works rated for all ages (TP) and for ages 7 and up. Other works do not appear and cannot be played from that profile.

Yes. An adult profile can have a 4-digit PIN. It is asked for when opening that profile from a kids profile, or on a device where no profile has been chosen yet. After 5 wrong attempts, you have to wait 15 minutes.

It is where you keep works to watch later. Each profile has its own, on your phone and on your computer.

Viewing opens on 1 March 2027.

Audience Award voting opens on 1 March 2027 and closes on 20 June 2027. To vote for a work you must have watched at least 80% of it. You vote once per account and per award, and the vote is final.
